The lace is soft and it bleached well. It was very easy to install and laid flat. there was minimal shedding around the hairline from the plucking and when I cut the lace. I'm happy that I purchased this wig.

Love how natural this wig looks and feels. I haven't customize it or anything but it seems like it would be easy to customize (planing on bleaching the whole thing so didn't bother). It didn't really have a smell and looked true to length. It is also really FULL BAYBEE.
