The hair is nice and soft. Feels really nice and true to length. The hair arrived in 2-3 days. It has a smell to it but you just have to wash it with conditioner and cold water then it’ll be fine. The closure most definitely has to be plucked and bleached for more of a slay. It does shed quite a lot but still looks full. I ordered the closure with 4 bundles of 28. Other than the shedding it’s 10/10
