The curl and color of this unit was perfect and the unit is true to length, I got the 12 inches. The curls are fluffy and full. Communicating with the company was very smooth and easy when I had questions. They got back to me as soon as possible given the time none difference. There was limited shedding and the curls when they are reset pop amazingly. The top closure portion does not need to be manipulated too much when dry to hide. Highly recommended!!
